A year ago I left a bad review because at the time I was frustrated and left a false allegation all because of a misunderstanding about my security deposit. I’ve got accepted to the apartment but I changed my mind because I was already waiting on another apartment that I already gave a security deposit to so I ended up moving there. Long story short I should have picked buffalo trail because I am now miserable where I’m at now . Ms. Amir did make my process very smooth and is a sweet heart and Ms.Natasha was very helpful and very forgiving especially when I made a bad review because of my frustrations. Also Ms.Natasha was my previous landlord at another complex( there for 6 years) and I had no problems and was living comfortably. So I know she has Buffalo up to par and very understanding.
