Ms. Amir did make my process very smooth and is a sweet heart and Ms.Natasha was very helpful and very forgiving especially when I made a bad review because of my frustrations. Also Ms.Natasha was my previous landlord at another complex( there for 6 years) and I had no problems and was living comfortably. So I know she has Buffalo up to par and very understanding.
