I am posting this review about Aventerra at Dobson Ranch because I have enjoyed living here the past 2 years. My fiancée and I are moving to our first home so even though it’s “ bye for now”, we felt we should share about our experience here. We have been very content and happy here. We have thoroughly enjoyed the facility management team and the maintenance team. It’s the people behind any outgoing that make it even more special. Janice, Lisa, Marty and everyone who work here are hardworking and are there when you call or out in a maintenance request. Plus they do it with a smile!!! It’s almost like we became family. They continuously demonstrate, responsibility and accountability, and perform required tasks on time. They are helpful, trustworthy and honest, and possesses high levels of integrity and emotional intelligence. Additionally, they go above and beyond and thats always nice from your renters. The Property Management team are easygoing and friendly. They havnt been involved in any conflicts to the best of my knowledge. Except with COVID19 and that is all of us dealing with that. We lived in a 1000 square ft 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor, with washer and dryer. We used the pool facilities and the bbq pits. We always had any maintenance issues handled quickly. Everyone gets a parking spot and they even have trash valet which comes in handy. There’s 2 pool areas and a clubhouse. Easy access to the Dobson Public library and a small lakeside view by the park which is also so close by. Plus there is a Circle K close by and restaurants and grocery store as well. Plus some banking options close by as well. Finally, I believe that the aforementioned qualities will make Aventerra at Dobson Ranch a wonderful place to reside!
