Family amenities, such as a Pack ‘n Play or high chair, are available upon request for $10 per night. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, with a $150 pet cleaning fee per pet. Parking arrangements must be made in advance due to limited availability. Located right in the heart of Coolidge Corner, steps to the MBTA Green C Line. Just turn the corner and enjoy the convenience of Trader Joe’s and Stop and Shop, the grandeur of the Historic Coolidge Corner Movie House as well as a global array of restaurants, bakeries and shops at your doorstep. This unit is garden-level, and while bright, it may not have the same natural light as the upper floors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times as specified in their reservation details. Unauthorized early entry or failure to check out by the agreed-upon time will result in a fee assessed at the host’s discretion. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. A $300 fine will apply for verified noise complaints that unduly impact neighboring residents and/or violate local noise ordinances. Guests agree to pay a fee of $150 for a lost key. If the guest is locked out due to their own actions, a lockout fee of $100 will apply for assistance in regaining access to the property.
