My wife and i and our son have been here for 8 months at first we were ready to move as soon as our lease was up. Prior management was horrible and never did anything about our concerns such as everytime it rained it would flood my living room and it would be HORRIBLE. They recently got new management , Nick, and he is AMAZING. One night during a storm i was in my room and had no idea my living room as an indoor swimming pool around 9pm nick came knocking on my door tell us we are flooding because of the outside looked. Within a week he got us transferred into a new apartment that we are in love with and will be renewing our lease. Hes so attentive and respectful. Does his best to get this property taken cared of just overall the BEST manager this property could have. I pray he never leaves! Thank you nick so much once again you definitely are the reason we are renewing our lease.
