Move in day impression: I bumped up my move in last minute and they were very accommodating. The office staff has been extremely pleasant, informative, and accommodating. 10/10 for the staff. Only issues with my apartment on move in so far is that I didn't have new carpet (nbd) and I need a new air filter ($10 fix). I also thought I would have w/d hookups, as shown in the floor plan but I don't. 8/10 on the make ready. I've checked out the complex a few times and it's been relaxed, quiet, and clean. Overall 9.5/10 first impression and move in for the great staff and last-minute make ready. After 6 months: No bugs, no mold, no loud neighbors. The people from the neighboring complex walk their dogs over here and don't pick up their pet's waste :/ They do enforce late fees, but don't harass you if you're a day late. Bills are sent out promptly and well in advance. Maintenance staff is courteous and has been very quick to respond to issues, even when it takes multiple days to make a repair. The management office has done their best to accommodate any issues, questions, and requests. And we have valet trash now!
