The complex from the outside kinda lacks some personality, but everything inside easily makes up for it. Staff is amazing, building is new so everything is very sleek and clean, and I haven't had a single issue since moving in December. Especially coming from my previous complex where my needs were never met and the place was practically falling apart, these apartments are a Godsend. I'm actually paying a bit less for rent than I was at the last place, so I really cannot complain. Not to mention the short walk to downtown Mesa that I regularly take advantage of. I've finally caught up with some financial issues and gotten my place all furnished, I adore my new home here, and I imagine I'll stay in this complex until I'm ready to move on from Arizona.

Beautiful new apartment community. My husband and I rented a 2 bedroom. We absolutely love it here! They floor plan is spacious. The appliances are top notch! The gym and pool are outstanding and well maintained. The office staff are professional and truly care about their residents. The location is perfect! I highly recommended 2nd Avenue Commons to anyone looking for a new home.
