This is the best Apartment complex, near MHCC, that you could live in. $650 for a one bedroom, one bath. Which has a washing machine, a dyer, and dishwasher. $800-810 for a two bedroom, one bath. The landlords nice. The neighborhood is decent. Not to mention you're right across the street from Mt.Hood Community College (MHCC).

Two years ago my girlfriend and I visited the office to see if there was any availability. The first thing I noticed was the doorknob to the office was Broken and just hanging. When we talked to the staff, there was no availability and was asked if we wanted to be on the wait list. I said yes and saw the guy input my name further down a wait list on his computer. I also noticed a note that was added for another person on the wait list: "cute but bf." Seriously? .. nope
