I must say I have worked with a lot of management companies but this one has been amazing ! Staff and efficient apartment turnaround on time and complete. Maintenance is always on call and the Management Office & amazing property manager ( Kiara ) was so pleasant. Let’s not even get into the spacious apartments that they have! Such a beautiful place to rent.

I had an excellent experience leasing my apartment, thanks to the service provided by Gina, the leasing manager. Gina was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the leasing process, making sure everything went smoothly and addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. Fredy, on the other hand, was a tremendous help whenever there were maintenance issues in the apartment. He responded quickly to requests and resolved problems efficiently. Overall, both Gina and Fredy made my experience enjoyable and hassle-free.

I’ve been living at partridge for years through old and new management and the property manager Kiara helped me through my switch to a renovated unit. I picked Style B. I am beyond thankful with what Rushmore has done to my apartment! My favorite has to be the granite countertops and the updated modern feel. The community is calm and well kept. Kiara has been super helpful, whenever a work order comes up, it’s addressed immediately. It’s obvious maintenance team really cares about the grounds. I’m well surrounded by Rt 80, Rt 46, Rt 280, Willowbrook mall and lots of restaurants. I plan on staying here for quite some time. If they continue to have the current onsite team on board here, I’m not going anywhere until I’m ready to buy.
