I had the pleasure of living at Park Vista Apartments for two years while my son attended UofA, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect for anyone needing easy access to campus—it's a straight shot! The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, which was perfect for studying and relaxation. Throughout my time at Park Vista, Christin and Megan from the Summit Residential Service Team were absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning to the end of our stay, they were incredibly supportive and responsive. Whether I had questions via text or email, they always promptly provided helpful answers and made sure any concerns were addressed promptly. The property itself was always clean and well-maintained, thanks to their diligent efforts. I can confidently recommend Park Vista Apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful and clean living environment with a supportive management team who truly cares about their tenants. Thank you, Christin and Megan, for making our time at Park Vista so enjoyable! Thank you!

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in, the internet disconnected halfway through use. The only light in the house was very dim, the air conditioner basically didn't work, and the bathtub in the bathroom was dirty or broken. The Internet charge is 35 US dollars a month, which is very slow. The internet speed is also very slow. I always get stuck when watching videos. Other internet connections are not allowed in these two places. By the way, they charge $35 for such a slow internet connection.
