I stayed at The Fountains for nearly 2 years. I never had any issues, I don’t know why people are posting “harassment” issues when Cecilia has been very professional and pleasant with me. She was very prompt in aiding with maintenance issues, of which there were few while I was staying there. She was also very good at communicating updates, or if you ever had an issue, she investigated to please her tenants. Jorge was also very nice and helpful. I will have to say that there was one area of opportunity: it was common to see people go through the dumpster which was not causing direct problems but it was somewhat uncomfortable at times. I just buzzed these people off as they were soliciting and trespassing in the property. That’s it. Be sure to pay on time, as anyone should, to keep business clean - with that being said, if there is an issue, at least attempt at addressing it in a professional manner before embarrassing yourself. I would also suggest other people to refrain from seeming entitled on these reviews, let’s be honest nobody works for you and you don’t deserve anything. We all have bills. Be cordial and make it work. Simple.
