I take exception to the one and two star reviews. I moved in one year ago. It's a beautiful, well kept property with a pristine pool. The interior of my apartment was very clean. The walls are painted a lovely taupe and is very pleasant. The stove is new. There were no bugs of any kind. I find it difficult to believe that one of these apartments were infested with so many different types of bugs, especially mosquitoes! That's just silly. The management has never been anything but friendly, professional and responsive. I've had a couple of maintenance issues which were very promptly addressed. My heating and cooling unit stopped working and was replaced a couple of days later. The maintenance man is friendly, competent and any problem was quickly resolved. If I had not received a renewal notice, a simple phone call or trip to the office would have done the trick. As I said, the office has always been professional and responsive. I quickly discard these types of reviews. If someone truly has an issue, the review has a much different tone. They are written without exaggeration and sarcasm. My personal experience here in the past year has been stellar.

My stay at Villa de Sol has been an absolute pleasure. The management and maintenance teams are always on top of everything ensuring that all issues are addressed properly and professionally. I’ve noticed some residents and people mistake, professionalism for friendship, but management treats, everyone equal and with respect which I Truly appreciate every baking unit I’ve seen is clean and small. Fresh grounds are always well-maintained. If you’re considering living there I encourage you to stop by for a visit. You’ll see the difference for yourself. It has been a great experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone Looking for a new home as I had a recommended To my family again, it was a great experience living at Villa del sol.
