We are full-time travelers and I normally do not leave a review. This property was exceptional. Gabby at the desk was wonderful. The property design is unique. The rooms have a washer/dryer and intelligent layout. The building is quiet compared to other hotels. There is inside and outside lounge space. We sat outside in the evening, and happened to observe the evening desk person CLEANING in the lobby between desk duties. The gym was great. Hot beverage machine in the lobby 24/7. All around good stay, essentially the best hotel we have used in the past month. To improve?...Some vacuuming of the room, hallways, and stairwells would make the building much cleaner.

Our room was immaculate! The staff are professional and friendly. The accommodations were perfect for our family; full kitchen appliances, separate bedrooms. It felt like a home away from home. Another hidden gem was the downstairs lobby has a small library, 24 hour hot beverages, and outdoor firepits. It is near a major freeway and a hospital, so there will be a lull of traffic and sirens. Despite this, I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. Thank you WaterWalk! We will be back!
