The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, four-burner gas range, dishwasher, and built-in microwave - everything you need to prepare the perfect meal! The wide-plank flooring flows continuously into both bedrooms which keeps the modern design throughout the entire apartment. Both bedrooms are spacious and include ample closet space for storage and organization. The primary bedroom even includes an en-suite bathroom with custom tiled shower! There is a second full bathroom in the hallway which ensures there is plenty of privacy for everyone. There is a $50.00 water usage fee due in addition to rent each month. Tenants are also responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet in addition to rent each month. Pets permitted with $500.00 deposit!
