I’ve lived at Mystic Place for two years and am planning to stay longer! It is a wonderful apartment, the staff is kind & helpful and maintenance is knowledgeable & quick with repairs. Our apartment has wonderful natural light and views out across Hormel stadium where we occasionally watch soccer and ultimate matches. The location is also convenient for the Orange line, groceries, parks and local schools, it’s a great complex! Overall, I would recommend considering Mystic Place if you are moving to Medford!

I have been a resident of Mystic Place for 14 years. As a previous business owner I know great customer service. As a tenant under high stressful personal situations the help and support I received everyday I walked into the Leasing office, Beatriz Valdez, Catarina Moreira and Kenlyne Exume, gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME!!!!! AND I WAS THERE ALMOST EVERYDAY!!!!!!!They always greeted me with a smile and they put 110% of their efforts and great support physically and mentally into correcting my moving situation and comforting me when I needed it most. Not only great customer service these 3 angels provided me with greal moral support. I am forever grateful to these three ladies. THEY ARE THE BEST....MYSTIC PLACE IS LUCKY TO HAVE THEM ON THEIR TEAM!!!!!!!!! 😃😃😃😃 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏👏
