The Majestic Apartments have been a truly great place to live. My husband and I have made this beautiful apartment our first home together over these last two years. Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath has been the perfect amount of space for us. The closets are spacious, and the bathroom has a huge garden tub with a stand-alone shower. The kitchen is beautiful and has a nice counter-top/bar space perfect for cooking and dining. The master bedroom is huge, and the second bedroom being a perfect guest room or office space. It’s a cozy place that you can easily make your home. You’re surrounded by wonderful neighbors and delicious places to eat. The apartments are all located above the shops and restaurants in downtown Baldwin Park. We love opening our door to our balcony and listening to the music being played and people enjoying themselves on the streets. The delicious restaurants are right outside the apartment, and there is also a Publix just next door. It’s so convenient to be a walk away from everything that you need! There are always people out and about, so you feel a nice connection around town. My favorite part about Baldwin Park is the lake and running path. The best sunrises can be viewed down at the town center, and you’ll always see others out enjoying the running path, too. The lake also has an incredible dog park that has to be the happiest place on earth for dogs. The Majestic Apartment office has always been responsive and helpful when we’ve needed anything. Any time we have had small maintenance issues, they have fixed them very quickly and thoroughly. We have loved our time living here and know that anyone thinking about living here would love it too.

I have lived here for almost a year and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is the perfect location for young professionals or students. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I recently went through the process of transferring units on the property and Eduardo in the leasing office has consistently gone above and beyond to help me, even though he has been the only person working in the leasing office. He has been always been attentive and responsive to any issues and willing to help quickly no matter how busy!
