Nice place to live. On a pretty, tree-lined street. Building is in good condition and ButterflyMX security system works well. Quiet neighbors. Maintenance is the best part, always addressed our requests within a day or two. The interior unit doors are paper thin. At night, I could hear my roommate snoring even with both bedroom doors closed! Rain would sometimes get through our living room and bedroom windows as well. The downsides wouldn’t necessarily keep me from living here, but are just things to keep in mind if you’re considering moving in.
