Incredible living experience! Cannot say enough good things about Poarch Rentals. I've lived in City View Apartments for 6+ years and have no desire to leave anytime soon. The landlord is always responsive 24/7. Here are some examples of my experiences over the course of 6-7 years....My HVAC unit went out one day, and he was there to fix it the same day. He even stayed late on a Friday to ensure it was working. My toilet had a leak one day, and again, he was there the same day, not only to fix it, but to completely replace the toilet altogether. My refrigerator cut out while my landlord was out of town. He had someone bring me a brand new refrigerator that same day so my groceries wouldn't go bad, even though it could have been a minor fix. He has ensured complete comfortability and hospitality throughout my duration here. Plus, he's just an all around nice guy! If you've ever dealt with a property management company in downtown Birmingham, you know how much of a pain they can be. Rest assured, if you're renting through Poarch Rentals, you cannot go wrong! I have several friends that live downtown and hear horror stories constantly, further leading me to believe this landlord is the best around. Plus, you can't beat that city view!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience renting through this company! The landlord is so nice and responds to things so quickly! The doors to the hallways have codes on them which makes me feel super safe! The view is so amazing as well. Overall a great apartment for a GREAT price!
