Great, newly renovated, 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath townhome in Southside. Very close to UAB, hospitals, Five Points South's restaurants and hang outs, Railroad Park, and much more. Living room is a nice size. The galley style kitchen has new cabinets with granite counter tops. There is a formal dining area situated right off of the kitchen for easy entertaining. Washer and Dryer included on the main level. All bedrooms are on the upper level with a jack-and-jill bathroom. A nice new deck in the back of the unit. Two parking places in front.
