These apartments are great the staff are wonderful I been living here for about 5 months now I never had any issues here my neighbors are nice it's a very clean and quiet neighborhood and best off all its very affordable im so glad I moved here it was the right choice for me !!

The Property Management Team (Michelle) is absolutely amazing. She is courteous, helpful and very responsive This property is great all round. The location is convenient, has a few bars and restaurants literally all around it and a nice supermarket. Garden Cottage Apartments is a great place to live. Michelle (the manager) is knowledgeable She always responded promptly to maintenance requests. She is also very detail oriented and was diligent about posting notices (office closure, 24 hour notices to enter, lease renewals, etc) and was always on top of office paperwork. Maintenance staff became known on 1st name basis, and are prompt and courteous. The sense of community, safety and peacefulness of the area makes the complex great . I am very satisfied with my experience. The location was ideal for me, as I enjoy being close to both Garden Home, Washinton Square and downtown Portland. I enjoy all the benefits of living in Garden Home. I found the rental rates to be fair, especially compared to our previous complex and other complexes nearby.
