The location is perfect for military families PCSing to Jacksonville. I always recommend this place in my military pages, since they also offer military discount. Located close to NS Mayport and all schools. I can't review the complex yet, cause I have never need any maintenance or admin service so far. We moving out soon and I have heard just bad things about moving out process. I don't trust reviews, because not everyone experience same situations. But for sure if I have any issue I'll update my review to help other families to choose better and I'll share all details. As today date, no problems with admin or neighbors.
