I had the privilege of staying in this beautiful property for a little over a year and I only moved out for a career opportunity in another state. Jacob and Alexander are incredibly responsive and supportive to any needs I’ve had. It’s a new building so there isn’t much maintenance needed but when I did reach out I got a response right away. The neighbors are all fantastic too. Lifetime friends were made. I loved being able to park in a covered garage all year round as well. I have absolutely zero complaints about this property or the management. I truly wish I didn’t have to leave.

Half the reviews on here are from people who don’t even live in the building and just hate construction. You’re welcome for the tax revenue, folks. The layouts are fantastic, AC works great, good water pressure, heats up fast. Can’t hear your neighbors and they can’t hear you. Been here a few months and very happy.
