Here everything is perfect and thought out to the smallest detail. I could not have chosen a better place to live with my family.
The best experience I had with Modera Clarendon, besides the apartment being magnificent, was in contact with the lease consultant (Britni). The whole rental process, even though I was in another country, was only possible because of the excellent work of the consultant, who promptly attended to all requests and was able to conduct the process perfectly.

I actually am such a big fan of this apartment complex, I stopped by earlier this week to do an official tour of a 2 bedroom apartment I have been pricing and photos don't fully do justice on how well they upkeep the entire building, my leasing agent Alex was extremely pleasant & did a great job answering all of my annoying questions. There are still a few other places within the area I am eyeing but definitely felt the need to leave a great review on the building and those who I interacted with in the complex!

I have lived at Modera for over a year now, and have loved it! We even upgraded our unit when our lease came to an end and did a unit transfer, which the management team made extremely easy. All of the amenities are amazing and the apartments come with great appliances. There is a market in the lobby for quick snacks which is an huge convenience if you work from home or are in school. The lobby has office study spaces which are private and I use them regularly. Our community manager, Morgan, is amazing! He has always been extremely helpful, nice, and approachable. Modera is in a great neighborhood of Arlington, is close to the metro, and is very safe. There are also fun community events every month like pumpkin painting and football watch parties. I would recommend living here to anyone looking to move to the DMV area!

This place is amazing..very walkable to many bars, restaurants and the grocery store. The metro stop for Clarendon is a 7 min walk which is convenient for me to travel for work.. the building is very modern and clean with amazing art work throughout the halls. A nice little grocery shop downstairs in the lobby to grab snack and drinks is such an added bonus. The leasing staff and management are very welcoming and helpful as well as concierge. Brittni Kayla and Alex are very nice and professional.
