You must come see our new renovations. Great location, easy access to I-70 and 315. Central Gardens offers you a well planned community. The office staff were absolutely wonderful! They helped answer all the questions I had and showed me around the property, which looks great and everyone I met was so nice!

As a member of the management staff I would like to say that we have achieved a lot of progress on rehabbing the community. We have upgraded more than half the apartment community. Our goal is complete the whole property by early spring. We of course would like to say Thank you for our residents and new tenants for going through this process with us..
