MiMA is my favorite building in New York City. It is not just a building, it is a community. It is a destination. There are many luxury rentals in Manhattan but Related properties always stand out with their highest standards of customer service, ergonomic design, location and, most importantly, building the community where you will feel at home, quite literally!

The building has the best staffing management and it’s has also a 24 hours security front desk and the back which is used for food delivery and other services. It is a very clean, quiet and organized. I always appreciate to visit this building. It has the best location and affordable rental in the heart of manhattan.
