Lived at the copper chase apartments for 7 months now. The office team is amazing. The maintenance team takes care of everything to you’re satisfaction. Property is always clean. Just want to thank all of the copper chase team for staying on top of things

The office person has been a great help and friendly. The new maintenance man came to help in the matter of time. The community is amazing, having privacy and being friendly all around.

Copper Chase apartments is a fine place to live, and we did so for three years, and living here comes with many of the following perks: -Free cockroach infestations -Free bedbug infestations -Free in-unit ant swarms -Vandalism -Unprofessional management -Unprofessional contractors -Potentially unsavory neighbors -Water main breaks three times a year -A pool guaranteed to make it's swimmers sick -Limited working laundry facilities -And an unlimited supply of nocturnal vagabonds Most of our neighbors at Copper Chase had untreated cockroach infestations. We also made many friends with other tenants who had untreated bedbug infestations. Why were they untreated? Because Copper Chase offers you many such amenities at no extra cost to you! Our unit also came with its own ant colony which swarmed all throughout the unit for well over a month. At a price of $1700 a month, who wouldn't want a living area with such a lively atmosphere? When neighbor children or weed eaters broke our windows, Copper Chase lifted no fingers to solve the issue, despite many requests on our part. They even allowed us to pay the bill to fix them once we moved out! What a bold business strategy! When upstairs neighbors moved out, Copper Chase hired only the best contractors to go in and remove any and all left over tenant belongings and repair many of the damages those tenants had left behind. The falling debris left several metallic sharp objects in the grass and damaged much of the side of the building. A perfect place for squirrels to hide their food! These environmentally minded contractors then used natural cooling methods while they worked and during the night, those same methods caused a downpour in our unit. I never would have guessed that I needed my apartment to become a rainforest during the May Colorado blizzards! Thanks for showing me the error of my thinking Copper Chase! Copper Chase has been owned by many different property management companies over the last few years, and a recent change to fill vacancies was a decisive move away from those pesky and limiting background checks they were doing when we moved in. Almost overnight we had plenty of new neighbors, car break-ins, and a large number of one off vehicles taking up all of the parking. The grasses and rocks outside were also soon decorated with discarded crawdad shells and broken bottles, the perfect environment for any child to play in. You also never knew when certain special events were going to happen! At least three times a year, the water main would rupture and we wouldn't have water for a day or two. Instead of letting the job be done right and fixing the problem at large, many areas of Copper Chase look like a semi permanent construction zone so that they know exactly where the break will be when the event occurs later that year, what insightful forethought! Copper Chase also offers a zero chlorine pool amenity full of unwashed tenants just waiting to exchange the latest sicknesses! They say that it's communities like that that make the communal bonds stronger, and who am I to argue? The laundry facilities are conveniently located right next to the pool, and offer not one, not two, but seven out of order washers with no support from local management or the owners of the machines! But don't worry, they keep the lock on the door secure so that no vagrants can come in and shower with the washer hoses. Speaking of these bathing sojourners, they can often be seen all over looking through trash and cigarette butts for something worth smoking or selling. In the warmer months, these same happy hoppers can be found camping out in tents along the back edges of the property in a very colorful assortment of abodes. We gladly gave up our residence at this veritable palace so that you and yours can experience all of the perks that make Copper Chase such a unique place to live in Colorado Springs.
