It's a Great Place to Live... The area is quieter and safer than other parts of DTLA. The views from the penthouse are amazing with views of the Hollywood Sign... the Observatory. On top of that staff like Armentria and Edgar always go above and beyond. 5 stars for me.

Top notch staff, luxury, amenities and location! The staff make this place special. They treat you like family and address any issues in your unit like its their own unit. Everything you need to host friends/family (pool, grills, billiards, TV in common areas). Everything feels new, clean, well-maintained. And blemishes disappear overnight. Nestled on Bunker Hill, elevated and isolated from the grimier pockets of DTLA, with proximity to hallmark museums, concert halls and transit. Strongly recommend for anyone who works downtown. Wish I didn't have to leave.
