The Modera Cherry Creek is a great place in a great location. The units are set with high end finishes and the amenities are great. The gym has everything you need and more. The fifth floor parlor is a great spot to grab coffee and do some work. The rooftop has amazing views and is a perfect spot to relax and grill some food. Very happy with my choice to live here.

Have lived here for over a year with my family. This is our favorite place we have ever lived - owned or rented.
The apartments themselves are great - spacious, solid builds, lots of sunlight. The amenities are also great - b/c its a small building you rarely have to worry about sharing the common room or the rooftop with anyone else if you want to have a get together.
But the staff is what sets this place apart. They are genuinely invested in the lives of the people who live here, and do everything in their power to make living here a good experience. They are responsive, friendly, timely, and all around the glue that makes this place special. Thank you all!

Just moved here after selling my home on 7th Ave Parkway. I couldn't be happier with the apartment I found. The location is great - just two blocks up 2nd ave from the heart of CC North, so there's a bit more peace and quiet while also being immediately accessible to the action. The amenities, finishes, buildout etc are as good as it gets for CC North. The floorplans are designed fantastically, especially on Fl. 5.
The service and friendly nature of the staff - starting from the leasing process to being a formal tenant - surpassed all expectations. I believe it would be a mistake not to look at Modera CC.
Important to understand pricing of CC North - it's all expensive. Modera is currently priced by far the most competitively for the great quality and service you are getting.
Importantly, Blair Miller, my leasing consultant, was fantastic. Please reach out and ask for her. She made it feel like home before I signed the lease.

Chad was the absolute best! Our experience at Modera Cherry Creek was outstanding, and we would consider moving to this building just for him! We are planning to move in March/April and have toured several buildings, but none have compared to the warm and welcoming atmosphere we found here. Chad's professionalism and friendliness made our visit memorable, and we truly appreciated his guidance throughout the process. If you're looking for an amazing place to live, I highly recommend checking out Modera Cherry Creek and meeting Chad!

I just had to share what a wonderful experience we had living at Modera Cherry Creek. Our family moved across the country from Dallas to Denver and Austin made it possible. Without his help we wouldn’t have been able to coordinate selecting an apartment virtually and having our furniture deliveries prior to our arrival. Whenever we need anything Austin was always prompt to help us. During our time at Modera we felt comfortable and enjoyed the amenities. Especially the complimentary hot cocoa in the lounge, our kids still rave about it. A huge thank you to Austin for making our transition to Denver memorable and smooth

The best place to live! The amenities are great and the apartments are beautiful. Also in the best location - close walk to where all the shops are, but in a nice, quiet area. Ultimately, the Modera Cherry Creek team is what makes this a great place to live!
