I am blessed to have came across these apartments. Not only did they work with me because of my rental history, they were nice, helpful and patient with me and my situation. My apartment was approved in no time and it was fixed up just right new carpet, tiles in the kitchen and living room. They even have a cleaning lady who comes through and a clean for you before you move in.
