I own a Corporate Housing Company, TurnkeyRELO (aka, MotorCityRELO). We have had two apartments at this property since they first opened after construction. We know the apartment market and we were immediately attracted to this property due to it's location (right by the GM Tech Center and the Warren Municipal complex) and other features. There just isn't any other newer in that area and the option for an attached garage is another feature that is unique to Towne Center Apartments. The only challenge we ever have in getting our furnished apartments there rented is some people's perception of Warren. Fortunately, with the property set away from the main roads - kind back in a neighborhood - and the newer, crisp and bright feel of the apartments, every client we have placed there has been very happy with their selection of our corporate suites at TCA. To me, these apartment are the best overall and the best value in Warren. You can't beat it. -Doug B.

I love living here. It’s quiet and calm most of the time. The townhouses are well maintained and maintenance (Angelo Castiglione) is always available for service calls. Planet Fitness, restaurants, retail stores are all within walking distance. I will be here until I’m ready to buy a house.
