Ignore the last two recent posts......I live here currently and it is the most quiet building I have ever lived in....unless someone is standing out in the corridor talking you do not hear anyone....yes the building is old and some apartments need repairs done but if people would not rip up and damage things they would not have to repair or replace anything (keep you place clean for pete sake) I have to admit that a few things in my apartment still need to be remodeled and I sure they will get to it....but otherwise anything we have called on has been handled and their maintenance guys are really nice.
