I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years and my experience has been exceptional. The grounds and landscaping is well maintained throughout the year. I really appreciated the complete remodel of the parking lot. The safety of this apartment is top tier, they have cameras and a 24/7 security guard available in case of emergencies. The management office has always answered my questions and made me feel welcomed. I love how they have year round events/competitions that makes it more of a fun place to live. My 5 year old son and I love to enjoy the pool in the summer months, the bathroom/shower access is easily accessible from the pool. In my time living here I haven’t had any major issues that needed maintenance to come, but in a unique situation where I needed my locks switched out they were timely and helpful. This is a great place to live, I’d recommend them to my friends/family.

Well I could undemand being upset about that washer problem costing 5$. But at least they have a home and the laundry mat is very close 24 hours. It's not expensive at all. Although I do not live there I can see that someone is attentive enough for thanking people for giving a review. That speaks volumes considering most places wouldn't acknowledge comments.
