I’ve been living here since Dec 2021. Every work order I’ve put in from light bulbs to help with a bidet is taken care of quickly lol. The maintenance gang is respectful when they’re here and take extra precautions with my cats which is pretty important to me. Whenever the office calls they go above and beyond to resolve any issue. Honestly if you’re going to pay Macomb county apartment prices…consider coming here.

Great staff, great maintenance, great landscape, nice pool, great lighting at night.. after hour emergency maintenance is great.. rooms are spacious, Convenient stores/Supermarket/Gym very convenient, bike trail's nice, (Walking) conoeing, medical facilities on main road not too far from apartment, also friendly neighbors .
