A very nice option for students. It is on LSU bus route and the rent is rather low.

I'd like to say I was shocked when I read some of these reviews!! I visit my daughter most holidays and weekends throughout the year ... there are a ton of kids playing basketball , riding Bikes, and hanging around the pool when I come ... I've met Bonnie on three seperate occasions in the past year... one was for my daughter locking her keys inside ... it was a Saturday and Bonnie took time out of her day to come unlock our door !! What place does that ? She was very nice about it ! We were thankful and didn have to wait long !! Another occasions was on Monday morning around 7am.. I watched ms Bonnie picking all of the trash up around the apartments ... I said hello and asked her if she needed some help ! She said with a smile no , but thank you !! I mean I'm not sure if they have other workers on the grounds , but I've never seen a manager picking up trash on a cold early Monday ? Just let's me know she cares about the appearance of the place ... when we started a lease she was very friendly , letting me know about her family and that she had a daughter at lsu as well ... I'm constantly worry about my daughters safety and if She is living in a safe place . Ms Bonnie offered her personal number and told me if she ever needed to go check on my daughter for me at anytime she would answer my call .... just giving me that comfort is more than enough appreciation... she is a wonderful woman and has done nothing but to help ! So I'm a bit shocked on some of these reviews .. thank you ms Bonnie for being you !!! And my daughter said thank you for fixing her stove and microwave the next day when asked !!! Good luck !! Merry Christmas
