Demonte was absolutely wonderful. A very polite man who quickly made it apparent to me that he knew what he was doing. He completed the things I needed done correctly and solved the problems that needed to be addressed. He explained a couple of things I didn’t understand so they made sense to me. I don’t normally review anyone. However, he really impressed me with his professionalism and personality. Over the past six years I’ve seen my share of workers. Most are polite but don’t seem to take any pride in what they’re doing. I’ve had some people here fixing the same issue twice because it wasn’t fixed right in the first place.your company needs more professionals like him. Would probably save your company money

Pros: beautiful scenery/wildlife, great price for the size of the apartment, love the fireplace, balconies are huge. Cons: outdated appliances, only one maintenance person (maybe they're hiring more soon?), w/d hookups aren't in every unit and only one shared washer/dryer for the entire building. I had some mishaps when I first moved in, which is probably normal, but the office staff and maintenance crew (there were 2 when I first arrived) they have all been amazing. They handle the issues with great customer service and care. Kudos to them.
