Jaylon at the service desk is amazing. Customer Service 10/10 The bathroom is really tight for all the people that loves to make the bathroom an (office) you know what I mean. Other then that love that the kitchen comes equipped with all utensils needed for a home away from home experience.

The suites/rooms are modern and include a full washer and dryer. This is truly rare to have in a suite, and it is very beneficial when needed. The general manager, Benisa, and her team, Bruk, Sonda, Chris, Andre, Natasha, Arnesi, Lauren, housekeeping, etc… are kind and professional. Benisa genuinely helped with requests that I needed or questions I had. The main thing I noticed and important to me is the level of customer service. I will surely recommend the Waterwalk Atlanta Perimeter to others who want a great extended stay or are just visiting! Thank you, Waterwalk!

I relocated to this city looking for a temporary place to call home and I must say this place exceeded my expectations. There are mixed reviews but rest assure that your stay will be comfortable. I didn’t have any major issues with my stay, nothing in life is perfect. But the cleanliness of the rooms was average but it is to be expected, considering that the house keepers aren’t deep cleaning on a daily basis but are routine cleaning multiple rooms at a time daily. The amenities were top tier! The rooms have great storage space for food and dishes in the kitchen area if you’re looking to stay long term. The refrigerator and stove was a nice size, the dish washer washes good and the energy efficient washer and dryer is a huge plus! There isn’t a hotel out here with a washer and dryer accessible in the rooms except an Airbnb. To have a washer and dryer in your hotel room is a privilege and I loved it, it was the most convenient amenity ever during my stay! The staff was very helpful. Any concerns that I had was taking care of expeditiously and not to mention I was able to go to the front desk to replenish paper towel, dish washing soap, dishwasher powder, tissue, and Kleenex whenever I needed it no matter how long my stay was. Most extended stays you have to supply your own toiletries long term. The pool was out of service due to maintenance but I would rather be safe than sorry, I didn’t really care to swim anyway! The work out room was very convenient and clean and the lobby was very welcoming to sit in, a very relaxing vibe. Oh I forgot to mention you have access to unlimited coffee and hot chocolate, courtesy of the drink machine In the lobby, as well as a wide range of snacks and drinks to purchase at the concession stand. Overall I had a great experience and the rooms were very spacious for the price. The area is beautiful and very convenient! Publix is a walk away, Kroger 5 minutes in the opposite direction, as well as a target 6 minutes away, a Costco, and many restaurants to choose from. Don’t walk, RUN to stay here. The view is beautiful at night and you won’t regret it!
