I love it here . Very quite and security on the property is A1 . The staff are very efficient and friendly the application process was easy and very straight forward , I ask a lot of question and the staff answered all of the questions with a smile . Definitely see my self living here for a couple years . the amenities are very nice and the modern sleek vibe is nice as well .

Just wanted to leave a few words about Juniper which I’ve truly enjoyed so far . My original concern was addressed right away, and everything was explained in detail, so there were no surprises or unexpected fee. Brett… all the staff actually, are super knowledgeable and understanding, making the whole experience smooth, hassle and stress free. Highly recommend them!

I have been a part of this community now for 5 years when IMT was the original management that leased us. I had no problems with that company until a series of management changes/take overs started after the pandemic. Needless to say, they were not good and we just started to see a real decline in overall upkeep and service to the community. This was very disheartening considering the cost to live here. Fast forward to early this year, we met the latest management team after about 4 changes. By this time, we were exhausted, unimpressed and tired of the failure of a management structure to show up and properly perform…until I personally met Brett. He’s our new property manager under the now Juniper name and my personal experience with him has been nothing short of amazing. I had a flooding in my apartment home, which was unfortunately (or fortunately) my formal introduction to him. He made sure from start to finish that faulty equipment and appliance were replaced, flooring and carpeting was removed and redone and mold check was complete. Normally, this should automatically be the course of action but we were still struggling with the PTSD from the underwhelming previous managements, which made this response seem like a ‘wow.’ What made Brett an exception in this case though, was his attention to detail, his ability to communicate in a timely manner and to follow up when things were lagging. He’s very personable and gets the small details (even a birthday recognition for my Mom, subtly attached to our door on a Sunday). The reset from the water damage took about 3 weeks to 1 month and that’s absolutely attributed to Brett’s spearheading of all the repair services. On top of all that, he followed up by coming to inspect everything and making sure we were good and happy with the new flooring. Not to mention, it’s really nice to have new wood floors and carpeting. Brett is definitely what I expect in a property manager and what we were missing here for a while. I look forward to the improvements to our community under his management and team.
