Evictions, or Bankruptcys –filed with the Magistrate Courts • Holding Fees-holding fees must be received in cash/money order/electronic payment and is required to hold the property. • First Month's Rent – This will be due the same time as your holding fee • Proof of established utilities is needed prior to move in • Properties may not be available to move into immediately once your application is processed, we can schedule a move in date and time. Some properties may take 2-3 weeks to move in. • All rentals are on a first come first serve basis we do not hold any properties without a holding fee. Renters and lease renewals will be required to have rental insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 liability policy.
