The apartment's amenities include brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator), garbage disposal, air conditioner, baseboard heaters, large dual-pane windows and a large walk-in closet closet. The building has an elevator, gated carport parking in the rear of the property with extra storage, gated intercom entrance and an on-site laundry facility. The property is located across from Westgate Mall and benefits from various shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also centrally located and is only 1.5 miles from I-280 and HWY 85. 12 month lease - non-negotiable Security deposit equal to one month rent Each adult must complete application $35 Application fee (Returned if not used) Excellent credit required 3x minimum rent required Renters insurance required 1 year lease No Smoking Property Owner pays: Landscaping, common area electricity, water, sewer, garbage Tenant pays: Gas and electricity, TV/WiFi/Internet PLEASE NOTE: We only accept and review applications submitted through our website for security purposes.
