2022 Edit 2: I CHANGED MY RATING TO 5 STARS. I wanted to leave an updated review since I just signed my 3rd renewal. The transition to a new resident portal has been challenging, but the staff has been so kind, patient, and forthcoming with any and all changes. They are making sure no one is punished for something out of their control. They have answered all of my calls over the past two months leading up to renewing. The staff has changed since I first moved in back in 2018, but I honestly think it was for the better because everyone from management to maintenance has been on top of it all and extremely professional. They cannot make a miracle happen, but they will try their best to make your experience as pleasant as they can. My neighbors are great, the place has really cleaned up, and the parking situation is great. There is no tag system, but you can get a covered spot or garage if you want to reserve a spot. Otherwise, there are usually plenty or open spots. They are very reasonable and will answer all of your questions. The complex is mostly families and young professionals just trying to make a living without bothering others, and I really appreciate that. The new management and staff have really transformed this place - it's not just a roof over your head, it's a home. 2019 Edit 1: I have to add the staff is really attentive and helpful. I toured (only for the second time) and signed the same day. If they weren't super helpful and if this place wasn't how it is, I wouldn't have signed so quickly. Also, the parking thing is not a deal breaker. They gave us 2 months warning and I'm 90% happy with it, as parking was pretty bad before. I also yhink it helps with noise and safety, especially with all of the families here. Original - Do recommend. Depends on who your neighbors are, but mostly quiet and clean. 👍 Maintenance is really fast and aim to really fix the issue. Pool is nice and clean. I like it a lot here.
