This is a very pleasant, relatively new apartment complex near the east edge of the East Bay area. The units are very modern and well-appointed. Our location, in particular, has an excellent top-floor view facing west towards the bay and ocean. Each building in the complex has community features that will be exciting to explore - such as a pool area, small bowling alley, exercise room, and other public gathering areas. We'd like to personally thank our leasing agent, Prevail Williams. He was able to show us the property on short notice (we traveled 450 miles to scout locations over a weekend visit). Prevail was professional, well spoken, and authentically enthusiastic about The Emery (and, frankly, life in general). His attentiveness and courtesy were strong selling factors - and he was very helpful, responsive, and patient as we worked through the application process. We're looking forward to joining The Emery community!

What sets Emery Apartments apart is the outstanding customer service. The management and maintenance teams are always prompt, professional, and courteous. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with plenty of natural light and modern features. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained. The sense of community here is strong, and I feel safe and welcome. I highly recommend Emery Apartments to anyone seeking a high-quality living experience.
