The perfect location for students - you will love being able to walk to campus every day. You'll also be surrounded by plenty of public transportation which makes commuting throughout the rest of the city a breeze! This property was just constructed in 2012 and has all the high-end features you could possibly be looking for. Entry into the apartment leads you directly into the living room which includes hardwood flooring, tall ceilings, and large windows which allow plenty of natural light to pour in. There is more than enough room for a sectional, coffee table, TV stand, and more! The living room is also completely open into the kitchen which is perfect for when you have guests over. The kitchen includes dark oak cabinets, formica countertops that give the appearance of granite, refrigerator, four-burner electric range, microwave, and dishwasher - no need to wash your dishes by hand! This is an amenity that cannot be understated when sharing an apartment with roommates. All four bedrooms are a comfortable size and can accommodate a full-sized bed and complete bedroom set with ease. There is one bedroom in the basement, one on the first floor, and two on the second floor which ensures that everybody has plenty of privacy. The first bathroom is located behind the kitchen while the second bathroom is located in the basement. Both bathrooms include stone tile flooring and large vanities with plenty of storage. The first bathroom includes a shower stall while the second bathroom includes a full-sized bathtub/shower. This apartment also includes an additional living area in the basement which is the perfect bonus space. Completely separate from the basement bedroom, you can use this area as an additional living room, home office, or workout area. However it's used, you'll love having this extra space! The basement also includes a full-sized washer and dryer - no need to leave the house to do your laundry! Additionally, there is a fenced-in patio off the back of the apartment which is perfect for outdoor relaxation. There is an $80.00 water usage fee due in addition to rent each month. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas (if applicable), and cable/internet. Small pets permitted with $500.00 deposit. No pit bulls.
