Recently had the pleasure of moving in here and was absolutely thankful for all the assistance. It was an easy application process and when there was a road block they helped navigate us in an expedited way. Great response times on emails, and highly recommend the two bedrooms-very cozy with the fireplace.

You won't believe it, but this old apartment is surprisingly cool! It's got a cozy feel to it, and the location is so convenient. Plus, the rent is affordable compared to others. Really easy to get to k-state football games.
