The front door opens up to a foyer and formal living room with formal dining between it and the kitchen. The updated kitchen has a peak through window to the informal living room with built in-s and access to the oversized screened in porch. Up the first set of half staircase are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of those bedrooms is the primary bedroom with its own full bathroom. Up a 2nd set of stairs is an oversized 4th bedroom with 2 closets. The first set of half staircase leading downstairs is the 5th bedroom with access to the backyard. On this same level is a 3rd full bathroom and large family room. Down the last set of half staircase is the laundry, storage and lastly 2 car garage. The photos of this house don't show half the spaces it provides. Owner provides all kitchen appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave/hood; as well as the clothes washer and dryer. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Tenants are responsible for lawn care, snow removal(as you wish), electric, gas, water and trash. Managment will provide landscape cleanup 1-2x per year keep bushes/trees trimmed. Dogs with great rental history, over the age of two and fixed will be considered with pet fee and deposit.
