I have lived in Georgetown apartments since last February and just renewed my lease. The property is really well maintained with punctual repair requests. The management is really dedicated to keeping the property nice and enjoyable for all. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an apartment home.

I lived at Georgetown from 2013 to 2015 and really enjoyed this complex. I've lived in 8 apartments in various parts of the country, and Georgetown ranks at the top of the list. The maintenance was always prompt and the unit we lived in was very nice. We also never had any noise issues (probably because hardly any undergrads live there--I think they actually may have a policy restricting undergrads that are of certain age). This was ideal since I was a 30-year-old graduate student at KSU at the time and spent most of my day reading. The rent is also fairly priced and the location is ideal: fairly close to the campus and downtown, but not too close so you won't have to listen to loud college parties. However, my experience living here differed from a friend of mine who had several maintenance issues. His apartment was fairly run-down and it flooded once pretty badly. When I visited his apartment the overall quality of the unit was like night-and-day compared to the one we lived in. Therefore, if you are considering living here, you may want to be aware that not all units are the same--some appear to be newer and in better condition. However, I should note that I moved from Georgetown about 3 years ago, so this review is not the most up-to-date. Things could have changed during that period. I'd therefore recommend visiting the place ahead of time and seeing the unit you'll be moving into first-hand. Our apartment (which was great) was in building 1545 if that helps.
