Our 55 plus apartments are nestled in a park-like community with beautiful traditional brick buildings and lush mature landscaping. Located near the corner of Haygood Road and Independence Boulevard, Haygood Halls is centrally located, close to the Interstate and beaches and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

I've lived in Haygood Halls since early 2014 -- we first came here looking for a place for my elder mother, and HH was highly recommended (some residents have lived here for over 40 years, and that says something!) I quickly found Haygood Halls to be a warm and friendly community, the staff is professional and responsive, the grounds and common areas are always in top condition, and the location is wonderful -- close to shops, supermarkets, and medical centers, and a twenty minute drive to the beach, fifteen minutes to Town Center! Also, the nature of the layout is such that we get all the convenience of being close to things but, being an enclosed loop, we get none of the busier street traffic, which is awesome. It's also pet friendly and the Haygood dog people all come to know each other (and each other's pups!) So in all, for an apartment complex Haygood Halls feels very much like a neighborhood, and a home -- quiet, peaceful, and safe.
