I've lived in Haygood Halls since early 2014 -- we first came here looking for a place for my elder mother, and HH was highly recommended (some residents have lived here for over 40 years, and that says something!)
I quickly found Haygood Halls to be a warm and friendly community, the staff is professional and responsive, the grounds and common areas are always in top condition, and the location is wonderful -- close to shops, supermarkets, and medical centers, and a twenty minute drive to the beach, fifteen minutes to Town Center!
Also, the nature of the layout is such that we get all the convenience of being close to things but, being an enclosed loop, we get none of the busier street traffic, which is awesome.
It's also pet friendly and the Haygood dog people all come to know each other (and each other's pups!)
So in all, for an apartment complex Haygood Halls feels very much like a neighborhood, and a home -- quiet, peaceful, and safe.

I have enjoyed living here for the past four years.
It's quiet, secure, friendly neighbors and manicured lawns.
The staff is very helpful.
Not only is maintenance online very convenient, the service they provide goes above and beyond their time and effort. Each time I submit a needed request for maintenance at our apartment at Haygood Halls Apartments, they come through efficiently with great service that is way beyond satisfaction. We appreciate and very grateful for not only living here at Haygood Halls, but also knowing the peace of mind they provide with their excellent service! So happy to leave this satisfying review, especially for the maintenance crew and the staff at Haygood Halls!

If you live here at Haygood Halls, you know that you can count on the entire staff!! All request are taken care of promptly and seriously!! They just don’t let me down!!!
Service/maintenance has always been top notch. Requests have been addressed promptly, with courtesy, any questions answered, issues resolved the first time and with follow up to make sure I am satisfied. I have been a resident going on 10 years.

Love my apartment! The staff is fabulous! I was having issues with my deadbolt lock and Carlos came the very next day. It was taken care of right away. I feel safe at Haygood Halls which is very important to us all. My neighbors are great! I love living here.

If anyone is in need of a nice place to stay , check out Haygood Halls apartments they are spacious, my husband and I have been here for 4 years now and we love it , it's well kept and the management staff are superior and no hesitation from maintenance when you call in a work order they are on it , I hope to be here for many more years to come , thank you Haygood Halls for making my husband amd mine a great stay🥰👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
