Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the roost. On a 14 month lease, my maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner, the residents I met while there were all very nice and friendly. Being located in one of my favorite parts of town being Jefferson park, was also a major plus for me. When it came time to move out, the process was made as stress free as possible thanks to Adam and the property management team. I would definitely recommend to anyone one looking to live small and be located in a great part of the Denver area
