I had the golden opportunity to interact with Erica Paul. Erica always has a genuine smile on her face, very kind and understanding and not forget her passionate about her work.
I really loved her service at the park place. in addition to that, She is there to understand and listen making the serene environment home away from home. Park place is the place of peace.
From the word go, People in the office are absolutely welcoming and ready to help.

This is the best apartment complex that I ever lived in. They is on time when you call them on the weekends and something going on in your apartment, they be right on top of it not no hours and hours but they be on top of it. They keep the parking lot clean the hallways. The team is very nice today. Resident they keep it for perfection. It’s a good place to live.

The office of park place apts will be home to me for a while I hope. The office is wonderful my fave person is Erica she phenomenal as well as the rest of the staff and our guys who fix everything with hard work and diligence I say thankyou.

I lived in many apartments before I lived here and have to say this is by far the best place. I lived here for 8 years and only moved because I was relocated for a job, I wish I could pick this place up and take it with me lol. Grounds are always clean and well taking care of. It was always very quiet and I really never had any issues but if I did, they were taking care of right away. Cheri and the staff are top notch, and getting free high speed internet and extended cable saved me a ton of money. Can't recommend this place enough for someone looking in the area.
