I loved leasing here for 2 years. It’s not the most up to date place, but the price was great, the management was always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is incredible, they are fast and get the job done in a timely manner even if it’s the weekend. The hallway carpets could use replacement, there’s stains on them, but the actual apartments are kept in fairly good condition. When I moved in I had brand new carpet and vinyl flooring. There is an elevator which is a plus, I had very friendly neighbors and some neighbors that just kept to themselves. The units are pretty soundproof, you can only hear when people are being loud in the hallways but I could never hear my next door neighbors or the people below me (I was on the top floor). The updated apartments are beautiful! I would have stayed here but I had to move due to getting a job in the cities.

Rent is quite pricey but otherwise the apartment is spacious and clean. Love the area and its right by campus and the bus route. Underground garage, washer and dryers are available on site. Maintenance is supposedly 24/7 but it's not as efficient.
