Moved a couple of months ago and we have loved every second of living here! The community buildings and grounds are always kept clean and orderly; management is always very helpful, friendly and understanding; the apartments are modern and spacious without breaking your wallet; and the area is safe and quiet. Repairs, whether to the grounds, parking lot, water heaters or apartments, are always done in a timely and efficient manner. This community is definitely a great one to call home!

Heritage Village apartments is an excellent place to live! Alyssa in the office was very nice and helped me feel very welcome. She made this process a great experience. The apartments and common areas are very nice and clean. The grounds are safe and feel like home. I am glad to have made the decision to move here. I love the surrounding sartell area too. It's a win in my book!
