I've seen a few negative reviews and wonder where are any of those things NOT happening at in our Country? Drugs are a problem nationwide along with homelessness. Miles Terrace is New and Clean!! Smells good in the lobby and the hallways. We like to hang out in the lobby and watch T.V. or put puzzles together. There have been several potlucks and the food was quite nice. The garden area is a great touch and we enjoy growing our own food. The manager on site is awesome and actually seems to care. He has patience with us old farts and puts up with our jabbering like a champ! Sure, there is a homeless camp on the hill across the street, but where aren't there homeless camps in Vancouver? I doubt that Miles Terrace is the reason there are homeless on the streets. I've seen them there before the place was built. The building is secured and I've never seen any stragglers walk in. I feel completely safe and secure inside the building and outside the building. There is even a garage that has free parking. You can't find any FREE garage parking in downtown.
